What you will do

  • Organize and execute corporate events including galas, seminars, and conferences to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Develop event concepts and create detailed timelines and budgets.
  • Manage the procurement of event materials, gifts, and printed items.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to ensure deliverables meet company standards.
  • Oversee event set-up, tear-down, and performance evaluation through client feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in event management, preferably with hands-on experience in corporate events.
  • Proven expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.
  • Fluent in Mandarin with excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule to support onsite event delivery.
