What you will do

• Manage relationships with production agencies across multiple markets as the primary point of contact.
• Review, negotiate, and approve production budgets, contracts, and operational proposals.
• Implement and enforce global production standards, processes, and best practices for Candlelight events.
• Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and optimization.
• Track and manage quotes, invoices, P&L reporting, and monthly financial closures.
• Coordinate onsite ancillary revenue initiatives, including merchandise and photo sales programs.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in event production, operations, or vendor management.
• Proven experience negotiating budgets and commercial terms with external agencies and suppliers.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in operational reporting.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to travel occasionally to key markets for venue assessments and production audits.
