What you will do
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of 200+ annual open enrollment benefit fairs, including logistics, vendor management, and staffing.
- Build and optimize scalable systems for event operations, including swag shipments and post-event reporting.
- Manage internal corporate events, covering venue sourcing, room assignments, budget tracking, and run-of-show.
- Support the annual client conference by contributing to logistics, attendee experience, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Member Marketing, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure high-quality member experiences.
- Develop creative experiential activation ideas and branded touchpoints for high-priority VIP client events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing high-volume or complex event programs.
- Proven experience in internal corporate event planning and on-site execution.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Monday.com.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, particularly during peak open enrollment seasons.
- Strong analytical skills to translate event performance data into actionable improvements.
Nice to have
- Experience in employer healthcare, employee benefits, or HR tech.
- Background in building scalable multi-event programs from the ground up.
- Experience working in B2B environments with client success or account management teams.
- Experience hiring 3rd party contracted staff for events.
