Event Producer

Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of production, from pre-production logistics and vendor selection to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Create and maintain production timelines to ensure teams stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive event alignment.
• Optimize production costs and manage third-party invoices, quotes, and P&L updates.
• Secure necessary event permits and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance event experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• Fluent level of German and English (C1+).
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and complex event logistics.
• Strong network of vendors and venues.
• Understanding of technical production requirements and fabrication processes.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
