Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Leading end-to-end delivery of complex international corporate events within the Experience Studio with an accent on stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and financial oversight. Focus on managing full program lifecycles, from venue sourcing to post-event reconciliation, while ensuring high-touch service for executive-level clients.

Location: Must be based in Germany (Remote or Hybrid with office availability in Frankfurt).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program delivery from concept development through production and final billing.
• Oversee full program lifecycles, including venue sourcing, contract management, and post-event reconciliation.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with venues, travel providers, and third-party suppliers.
• Drive communication across stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Manage complex, large-scale international programs and VIP logistics.
• Handle financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management or related fields.
• German at native speaker level is required.
• English at business fluency level (C1) is required.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with event management software, project management tools, and AI tools.
• Must be based in Germany with the ability to work remotely or visit the Frankfurt office.
