Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for payment system modernization and fraud protection.
• Lead discovery efforts via client interviews and advisory councils to validate problems and solutions.
• Define and implement strategic and novel applications of AI within the product suite.
• Partner with engineering to deliver incremental, shippable releases in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure all releases meet PCI Level 1 standards.
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, NPS) to inform product trade-offs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience managing complex platform or SaaS products.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled software to market.
• Proven track record of shipping products in agile environments while partnering with engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience in higher education technology, payments, or fintech.
• Familiarity with payment processing workflows or ERP integrations (e.g., Workday, Banner, PeopleSoft).
• Demonstrated experience leading fraud detection and prevention initiatives.
• Advanced degree or product management certifications.
