Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT. Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $120,700 – $170,400 USD

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for AP card and virtual card issuance to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Define and evolve card products for SMB users, accountants, and virtual card suppliers.
  • Optimize card issuance mechanics, including auth, processing, BIN sponsorship, and transaction settlement.
  • Identify and execute product-led growth opportunities to turn one-time users into high-engagement customers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, CX, and Marketing to deliver intuitive and differentiated SMB card experiences.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools for research, prioritization, and PRD writing to create durable product differentiation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning payments or card products in fintech or startup environments.
  • Hands-on experience with card issuance, virtual cards, commercial cards, or corporate spend infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of connecting product decisions to revenue and retention outcomes.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguous data and define independent success metrics.
