Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote-first role associated with Draper, Utah and San Jose, California, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $123,500–$148,200 USD for Draper, Utah; $145,300–$174,300 USD for San Jose, California.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for AP card and virtual card issuance.
• Define card experiences for SMB accounts payable users, accountants, and virtual card suppliers.
• Apply expertise in authorization, processing, BIN sponsorship, settlement, unit economics, and partner ecosystems.
• Improve reliability and resiliency across payment surfaces while introducing new card products.
• Identify product-led growth opportunities that increase card adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, CX, Operations, Marketing, and Sales; define metrics and use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning payments or card products.
• Hands-on experience with card issuance, virtual cards, commercial cards, corporate spend, or adjacent payments infrastructure.
• Knowledge of card issuance mechanics, unit economics, and partner relationships.
• Experience connecting product decisions to customer adoption, engagement, revenue, and retention.
• Strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguous data, and experience defining success metrics.
• United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate spend, accounts payable workflows, or SMB card payments.
• Familiarity with card issuance platforms, partners, product-led growth, and multi-sided financial ecosystems.
