What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for A2A money movement, maintaining a prioritized backlog and clear delivery plans.
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and competitive research to define high-impact features.
• Partner with Engineering to design scalable payment systems, including funds flow, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure clear alignment with technical teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure all products meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Support go-to-market efforts by enabling Sales and Partner Success teams to position bank-direct solutions effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years in payments or financial services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with A2A payment products such as ACH, RTP, FedNow, or open banking.
• Proven track record of independently owning and delivering complex payment products from discovery to launch.
• Deep experience partnering with Engineering on payment system design and technical tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate product workflows and research.

Nice to have

• Experience with open banking platforms like Plaid, MX, or Finicity.
• Knowledge of Nacha compliance and Reg-E requirements.
• Background in SaaS or B2B embedded finance.
• Experience with money movement use cases like earned wage access or insurance payouts.
