Location: Remote (Must be based in the US or Canada and authorized to work in the United States)
Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the international expansion roadmap for Merchant Central, starting with Canada and extending to the UK and EU.
- Lead end-to-end integration of new strategic processors, including API specifications, boarding flows, and reconciliation.
- Research and document market-specific requirements regarding local payment methods, regulatory constraints, and data residency.
- Manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and lead sprint ceremonies to ensure delivery clarity.
- Define the go-to-market approach for each new market launch, including positioning, partner messaging, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on data privacy frameworks such as GDPR and PIPEDA.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience taking a product into a new geography, from initial research through to adoption.
- Hands-on Product Owner experience managing Jira backlogs and writing acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of payment localization, currency handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Fluency with AI tools for market research, synthesis, and documentation drafting.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with the Canadian payments ecosystem (Interac, Moneris, Chase Paymentech Canada).
- Familiarity with UK/EU payment regulations (PSD2, SEPA, FCA).
- Experience with SaaS CRM or merchant lifecycle management platforms.
- Previous collaboration with product marketing on positioning and competitive battlecards.
