What you will do

• Own the Billing & Invoicing strategy and roadmap to establish a unified approach across the product portfolio.
• Lead discovery within the payments ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and reduce friction for merchants and partners.
• Define detailed requirements for complex payment use cases, including tiered pricing, commissions, and feature bundling.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver a new billing engine and a single customer billing view.
• Guide the consolidation and migration of existing billing workflows into the unified model.
• Implement governance and controls to mitigate commercial risk and prevent revenue leakage.

Requirements

• Over five years of experience as a Product Manager delivering end-to-end outcomes in cross-functional environments.
• Strong domain experience in payments and billing, including merchant acquiring, gateway models, and reconciliation workflows.
• Proven track record of leading complex platform initiatives, such as migrations or core workflow redesigns.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and event-driven architecture.
• Data-driven approach to diagnosing billing issues and measuring product performance.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship is provided.
