What you will do
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog in partnership with team leads.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across security, legal, compliance, and platform governance.
- Track delivery metrics such as velocity and throughput to improve predictability and execution.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve planning, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain project management boards, workflows, and reporting within Asana.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Manager.
- Experience supporting web, digital experience, UX/UI, or CMS teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Proficiency with Asana, Jira, or Confluence.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale websites.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools for project management and automation.
- Experience operating within a remote-first or global organization.
