What you will do

• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog in partnership with team leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across security, legal, compliance, and platform governance.
• Track delivery metrics such as velocity and throughput to improve predictability and execution.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve planning, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain project management boards, workflows, and reporting within Asana.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Manager.
• Experience supporting web, digital experience, UX/UI, or CMS teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with Asana, Jira, or Confluence.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale websites.
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools for project management and automation.
• Experience operating within a remote-first or global organization.
