What you will do
- Execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing sales.
- Lead the tender process, including RFP preparation and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and procurement teams.
- Provide post-sales support, product implementation, and in-service training.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Nursing or clinical background is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device or medical equipment industry.
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
- Experience with hospital procurement and tender-based sales environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
- Ability to travel 50% or more to facilitate prospecting and relationship building.
