What you will do

• Execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing sales.
• Lead the tender process, including RFP preparation and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and procurement teams.
• Provide post-sales support, product implementation, and in-service training.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Nursing or clinical background is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device or medical equipment industry.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with hospital procurement and tender-based sales environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
• Ability to travel 50% or more to facilitate prospecting and relationship building.
