What you will do
- Build and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy for the German market.
- Open, manage, and close complex 6–12+ month sales cycles involving senior stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close large, multi-year framework agreements with significant annual spend.
- Coordinate internal product and customer success teams to ensure successful proofs of value.
- Drive expansion of existing enterprise customers into the German market.
- Build executive-level relationships within the German procurement ecosystem.
Requirements
- Native-level German and fluent English required
- 3+ years of experience selling enterprise-grade B2B solutions to large German organizations.
- Proven track record managing long-term sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Experience selling into Procurement, Finance, Indirect Spend, or Travel categories.
- Strong sense of ownership and a builder mindset capable of thriving in hypergrowth environments.
