What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of six Account Executives focused on the DACH region.
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to turn early market momentum into predictable revenue.
- Participate directly in high-stakes client negotiations and complex deal closures.
- Own regional sales forecasting and reporting, reporting directly to the co-founders.
- Collaborate with international sales leadership to align market strategies and share best practices.
- Integrate AI tools and trends into daily sales operations to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Fluent in English and German (C1+ level).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cologne for an on-site role (4 days/week).
- Proven track record of scaling teams from an early stage.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.
