TL;DR

Head of Sales DACH (SaaS): Leading and scaling the new business sales team for the German-speaking market with an accent on building repeatable sales processes and driving revenue growth. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cologne, Germany, with an on-site requirement of four days a week.

Salary: €6,000–€8,500 gross per month plus performance-based bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of six Account Executives focused on the DACH region.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to turn early market momentum into predictable revenue.
  • Participate directly in high-stakes client negotiations and complex deal closures.
  • Own regional sales forecasting and reporting, reporting directly to the co-founders.
  • Collaborate with international sales leadership to align market strategies and share best practices.
  • Integrate AI tools and trends into daily sales operations to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English and German (C1+ level).
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cologne for an on-site role (4 days/week).
  • Proven track record of scaling teams from an early stage.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, or Spanish.
