What you will do
- Lead and enable an industry-focused team of 5-6 people to drive growth in the German market.
- Develop and execute a value-driven go-to-client strategy for highly regulated markets (PULS).
- Establish as a key player in Germany by fostering a unique EU-based ecosystem and partnering strongly with AWS.
- Maintain peer-level relationships with C-Level executives and represent the company at conferences and industry platforms.
- Manage pipeline tracking and forecasting while optimizing team resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and independent consultants to maximize the value of large enterprise deals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany
- Language: Fluent in German and English
- 10+ years of professional experience with demonstrable success in big enterprise sales.
- 5+ years of experience in a people manager and team leader role.
- Proven knowledge of Healthcare, Government, Life Sciences, and Utilities industries.
- Strong existing relationship network within the AWS organization.
Nice to have
- Experience with public awarding/procurement processes and EVB-IT Cloud.
- Background in management consulting or as an industry practitioner.
