TL;DR

Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading the GTM strategy and sales execution for the PULS (Public, Utilities, Life Sciences, and Service Provider) segment in Germany with an accent on high-value enterprise deals and strategic ecosystem development. Focus on building C-level relationships, managing a team of industry experts, and leveraging partnerships with AWS and Salesforce.

Location: Must be based in Germany

What you will do

  • Lead and enable an industry-focused team of 5-6 people to drive growth in the German market.
  • Develop and execute a value-driven go-to-client strategy for highly regulated markets (PULS).
  • Establish hirify.global as a key player in Germany by fostering a unique EU-based ecosystem and partnering strongly with AWS.
  • Maintain peer-level relationships with C-Level executives and represent the company at conferences and industry platforms.
  • Manage pipeline tracking and forecasting while optimizing team resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and independent consultants to maximize the value of large enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany
  • Language: Fluent in German and English
  • 10+ years of professional experience with demonstrable success in big enterprise sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in a people manager and team leader role.
  • Proven knowledge of Healthcare, Government, Life Sciences, and Utilities industries.
  • Strong existing relationship network within the AWS organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with public awarding/procurement processes and EVB-IT Cloud.
  • Background in management consulting or as an industry practitioner.
