What you will do
- Manage a caseload of serious, ultra-high-value catastrophic injury claims valued up to £10m+.
- Advise on critical liability, quantum, and indemnity issues.
- Collaborate with lead lawyers to handle complex litigation from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with insurer clients.
- Mentor and develop junior legal talent within the team.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the firm's market profile.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (4–8 years’ PQE) or qualified CILEX lawyer.
- Proven experience working on catastrophic or large loss injury claims.
- Deep understanding of litigation, case law, and court procedures.
- Ability to manage high-value cases with confidence and technical precision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Defendant-side experience is ideal, though strong claimant backgrounds are considered.
