What you will do

• Manage a caseload of serious, ultra-high-value catastrophic injury claims valued up to £10m+.
• Advise on critical liability, quantum, and indemnity issues.
• Collaborate with lead lawyers to handle complex litigation from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with insurer clients.
• Mentor and develop junior legal talent within the team.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the firm's market profile.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (4–8 years’ PQE) or qualified CILEX lawyer.
• Proven experience working on catastrophic or large loss injury claims.
• Deep understanding of litigation, case law, and court procedures.
• Ability to manage high-value cases with confidence and technical precision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Defendant-side experience is ideal, though strong claimant backgrounds are considered.
