What you will do

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market for hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to close, focusing on direct sourcing and headhunting.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for talent attraction and pipeline growth.
  • Ensure a high-quality end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of the recruitment practice.

Requirements

  • Extensive in-house technical recruiting experience for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Strong capabilities in direct sourcing and headhunting.
  • Ability to consult and negotiate with stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record of managing competing priorities across various departments.
  • English and Chinese language fluency to effectively communicate across multiple regions.
  • Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for multiple functions or business units simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling tech environment.
  • Comfort with hiring metrics and translating data into actionable improvements.
  • Genuine belief in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
