What you will do

• Act as a strategic Talent Advisor to business leaders and HR partners across the SEA & ANZ region.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse functions including commercial, technical, and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Consult on workforce planning, talent trends, and organizational design to support business growth.
• Drive regional employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and ensure compliance with regional regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Proven ability to manage complex, leadership-level searches across multiple countries.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships.

Nice to have

• Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing industries.
• Prior experience supporting regional recruitment across APAC.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS and talent intelligence tools.
