What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and build warm talent pools for critical and turnover-prone roles.
• Develop and implement retention and engagement programs for a distributed, multicultural team.
• Run end-to-end performance review cycles, provide manager coaching, and implement L&D programs.
• Design and manage the onboarding experience, including structured 30-60-90 day plans.
• Manage HR operations, payroll, benefits, and international compliance, including EOR and contractor arrangements.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and the application of AI to HR processes.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of HR experience, specifically within high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
• Proven track record in personally running end-to-end talent acquisition searches.
• Experience supporting distributed, multicultural teams (APAC required).
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline and improve HR processes.
