What you will do
- Partner with GTM leaders to define talent strategy, org design, and hiring priorities.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for critical GTM roles including Sales, Field Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Proactively source, engage, and close exceptional talent through networking and relationship building.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, providing market intelligence and competitive insights.
- Continuously improve interview design, hiring rigor, and selection processes.
- Leverage data and metrics to optimize recruiting efficiency and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record of hiring GTM talent across Sales, Field Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders and executives.
- Strong operational rigor and experience managing multiple high-priority searches.
- Exceptional assessment skills and judgment regarding talent and team building.
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore or able to secure necessary work permits.
