Personal Injury Senior Lawyer (Multi Track Accidents)

Salary: £57,679–£60,636 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a caseload of complex, high-value multi-track personal injury claims, typically valued up to £1,000,000.
• Lead cases from initial investigation through litigation to settlement or trial.
• Develop case strategy and instruct counsel and expert witnesses.
• Prepare for and attend JSMs and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and progress matters efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues and contribute to case quality and departmental performance.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong experience in multi-track personal injury litigation.
• Experience handling higher-value accident claims, including claims valued up to £1,000,000.
• Ability to manage complex cases autonomously while maintaining high standards of client care and file management.
• Sound litigation judgment, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
