Lifecycle Marketing Manager (HubSpot): Own the strategy, design, and execution of lifecycle marketing systems that convert interest into pipeline with an accent on building a lifecycle engine across the prospect journey and scaling nurture, lead management, and email capabilities. Focus on optimizing funnel performance with behavioural signals, running structured experiments, and driving measurable pipeline impact through cross-functional alignment across Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales, and Customer Success.

Location: Sydney / Melbourne / Hobart / Brisbane (Remote)

What you will do

  • Design and continuously improve lifecycle strategies across the prospect journey, including entry/exit/success criteria.
  • Build scalable nurture programs and repeatable lifecycle plays for large low-intent audiences.
  • Own the middle of the funnel by turning known contacts into qualified buying intent and improving lead routing, recycling, and hand-raiser motions.
  • Lead email channel ownership: templates, governance, QA standards, modular frameworks, and improvements in deliverability and engagement.
  • Develop customer lifecycle and expansion programs in partnership with Customer Success and Product Marketing.
  • Define lifecycle KPIs, analyze funnel performance, and run structured experiments to optimize engagement and pipeline conversion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience building lifecycle strategies (not only executing campaigns).
  • Deep experience with HubSpot (or similar) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience designing nurture programs for complex buying journeys.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, scoring, routing, and sales alignment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management with a focus on experimentation and optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or other complex B2B technology.
  • Experience building customer marketing and expansion programs.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, intent data, and behavioural marketing.
  • Experience working in a matrixed product marketing organization.
