What you will do

  • Own the B2B CRM campaign calendar, leading the ideation, prioritization, and execution of lifecycle initiatives.
  • Design and optimize automated lifecycle programs covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and lead nurturing.
  • Maintain lead scoring frameworks, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle definitions.
  • Create high-performing CRM communications end-to-end, from messaging strategy and email copywriting to campaign setup.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to align marketing automation with business goals.
  • Plan and coordinate webinars and develop landing pages to support B2B demand generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within B2B environments.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with RD Station and Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience designing automation logic, lead scoring models, and customer segmentation.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required for collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Critical and intentional application of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) across all stages of work.
