What you will do

• Manage global Long-Term Incentive Programs (LTIP) and Employee Share Purchase Plans (ESPP).
• Oversee stock option exercise windows, RSU releases, and ensure global compliance.
• Maintain data integrity and process flows within the equity administration tool and Workday.
• Provide expert support and training to employees regarding compensation and equity benefits.
• Collaborate closely with Legal and Finance departments on reward strategy implementation.
• Utilize data and trends to solve complex compensation challenges and support decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in equity, compensation, HR, or global mobility programs.
• Academic degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, project management, and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain complex reward concepts.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Berlin or willing to work from the Berlin campus 2 days per week.
