What you will do

  • Provide HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle for the EMEA region and the Munich office.
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law and provide guidance on local HR policies and employment practices.
  • Own and continuously enhance the onboarding experience for all new employees across EMEA.
  • Manage and develop the EMEA Internship Programme, ensuring a high-quality experience for interns.
  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives by partnering with employee resource groups.
  • Contribute to employer branding and internal HR communications to strengthen the employer value proposition.

Requirements

  • Progressive HR experience within an international organization supporting regional stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Good understanding of German employment law.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, or Psychology is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
