What you will do
- Coordinate global Performance Management and Total Rewards projects from planning through to implementation.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and performance management processes.
- Manage international mobility cases, including relocations and cross-border hires.
- Organize workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
- Produce HR reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance across global people programmes.
Requirements
- Experience in HR, HR Operations, Total Rewards, or a related people function.
- Proven track record of coordinating projects or recurring HR processes.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business fluency in English.
- Must be based in or able to work in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid).
