What you will do

• Further develop the Learning & Development division by driving existing initiatives and contributing new ideas
• Support project work and take autonomous ownership of L&D projects (e.g., Mentoring Program, Key Talent Program, internal Insight Sessions)
• Prepare, organize, and execute internal and external trainings and events (content-wise and logistically)
• Create presentation decks, training materials, and supporting resources

Requirements

• Current studies in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills; use AI tools where helpful to enhance productivity
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with strong organizational and time management skills
• German and English communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
