What you will do

• Coordinate industrial relations activities and maintain trust-based relationships with Works Councils and employee representatives.
• Lead negotiations and consultation processes for legally sound Works Agreements.
• Advise senior leaders on German labor law, co-determination, and organizational change.
• Partner with plant management to execute people priorities and HR initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and capability-building initiatives.
• Manage transformation projects and identify people-related risks across various sites.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Labor Law, or Senior HRBP roles within Germany.
• Deep expertise in German co-determination and Works Council processes.
• Professional background in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
• Fluent German and English.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
