What you will do

• Design and implement group-wide assignment standards and processes based on labor market trends and strategic goals.
• Integrate international mobility strategies with talent management and other HR processes.
• Manage short, mid, and long-term assignments, including drafting contracts and compensation packages.
• Advise executives and international HR departments on cross-border employment arrangements and cost-effective options.
• Lead the Global Mobility Team technically and operationally.
• Identify and implement digital solutions to streamline internal workflows and increase transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or HR.
• Extensive professional experience in international HR or as an HRBP within a global matrix organization.
• Proven expertise in global mobility management and cross-border employment structures.
• Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft 365.
• English: C1 level (excellent spoken and written skills) required.
