What you will do

• Manage payroll across EMEA entities in collaboration with external providers.
• Review and validate payroll inputs to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, social security regulations, and double taxation agreements.
• Coordinate international business travel and global assignment cases.
• Track cross-border workdays and monitor tax exposure and related risks.
• Act as the primary interface for external tax advisors and provide payroll guidance to employees and managers.

Requirements

• Professional experience in payroll, preferably within an international environment.
• Knowledge of wage tax, social security regulations, and basic understanding of double taxation treaties.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Mandatory proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with specialized payroll systems or travel tracking tools.
