Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, ideally in Rotterdam, or able to commute to the Rotterdam office at least twice a week.

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts across the Benelux region.
- Drive net new revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives.
- Lead the full commercial cycle in collaboration with Customer Success teams.
- Build and maintain credibility with operational and executive stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs into commercial solutions focused on fleet connectivity and data insights.
- Run structured account planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management within SaaS or technology.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Must be based in the Netherlands, ideally in Rotterdam, or able to commute to the office at least twice a week.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and increasing ARR.
- Experience working in mid-market or complex customer environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in closing multi-stakeholder deals.
Nice to have
- Practical adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Experience with CRM hygiene and structured sales processes.
