Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and expanding a portfolio of mid-market customers in the Benelux region with an accent on driving ARR growth through upsell and cross-sell strategies. Focus on building strategic partnerships, leading commercial cycles, and leveraging data insights to deliver measurable value within the construction industry.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, ideally in Rotterdam, or able to commute to the Rotterdam office at least twice a week.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts across the Benelux region.
  • Drive net new revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives.
  • Lead the full commercial cycle in collaboration with Customer Success teams.
  • Build and maintain credibility with operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into commercial solutions focused on fleet connectivity and data insights.
  • Run structured account planning, forecasting, and business reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management within SaaS or technology.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands, ideally in Rotterdam, or able to commute to the office at least twice a week.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and increasing ARR.
  • Experience working in mid-market or complex customer environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in closing multi-stakeholder deals.

Nice to have

  • Practical adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM hygiene and structured sales processes.
