What you will do

  • Deliver tailored technical demonstrations connecting platform features to unique business challenges.
  • Conduct multi-threaded discovery sessions to uncover strategic KPIs and pain points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and services teams to design technical solutions.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by providing prioritized feedback to product teams.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track engagement and improve sales strategies.
  • Lead internal training and mentor team members to foster continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
  • Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or relevant B2B SaaS roles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills including needs discovery and objection handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore generative AI tools for productivity.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual skills (Dutch, Spanish, or Nordic languages).
  • Knowledge of integration technologies like APIs and webhooks.
  • Understanding of security compliance standards.
