What you will do
- Deliver tailored technical demonstrations connecting platform features to unique business challenges.
- Conduct multi-threaded discovery sessions to uncover strategic KPIs and pain points.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and services teams to design technical solutions.
- Champion the voice of the customer by providing prioritized feedback to product teams.
- Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track engagement and improve sales strategies.
- Lead internal training and mentor team members to foster continuous learning.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
- Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or relevant B2B SaaS roles.
- Strong consultative selling skills including needs discovery and objection handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore generative AI tools for productivity.
Nice to have
- Multilingual skills (Dutch, Spanish, or Nordic languages).
- Knowledge of integration technologies like APIs and webhooks.
- Understanding of security compliance standards.
