What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across a defined set of commercial accounts in the Netherlands.
- Develop territory and account plans to identify whitespace and accelerate pipeline creation.
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles from initial discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Establish strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across business and technical buying centers.
- Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Partners to execute account strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting through disciplined CRM usage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding new business and revenue targets.
- Experience managing full sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, and negotiation.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience selling CCaaS, CX, contact center, or AI solutions.
- Knowledge of the Dutch commercial market and local business landscape.
- Familiarity with value-based selling and account-based sales methodologies.
- Experience working with channel or alliance partners.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
