What you will do

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across a defined set of commercial accounts in the Netherlands.
  • Develop territory and account plans to identify whitespace and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles from initial discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Establish strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across business and technical buying centers.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Partners to execute account strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting through disciplined CRM usage.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding new business and revenue targets.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, and negotiation.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CCaaS, CX, contact center, or AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch commercial market and local business landscape.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling and account-based sales methodologies.
  • Experience working with channel or alliance partners.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
