Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid: office attendance 3+ days/week encouraged; other US offices in San Francisco and Cambridge, MA)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (for New York City)

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with DSPs, SSPs, resellers, and data/measurement vendors.
  • Lead day-to-day programmatic trafficking, including deal setup, floor pricing, and targeting parameters.
  • Support contract negotiations and deal structuring for programmatic and reseller agreements.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations and internal teams (finance, product, legal) to align advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize partner revenue and operational health.
  • Serve as a technical and account management resource for the direct sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising with hands-on SSP trafficking and deal management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and PMP setup.
  • Experience with CTV and premium video inventory.
  • Must be based in the USA (specifically near office locations like NYC, SF, or Cambridge).
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for data analysis and reporting.
