Salary: $99,000–$171,000 USD plus sales bonus

What you will do

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with media buying agencies and direct brand clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building tailored native and content marketing programs.
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline including outreach, meetings, and presentations.
  • Lead strategic ideation with clients to create results-driven campaigns.
  • Respond to RFPs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver compelling media plans.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area
  • 5+ years of digital media or advertising sales experience.
  • Proven ability to sell to both brands and agencies across managed and programmatic deal types.
  • Strong ability to prospect, manage a full sales cycle, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling, audience targeting, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
