Salary: $190,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sellers across the Central region, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Own regional revenue targets and maintain pipeline health and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
- Drive data-driven sales conversations by translating first-party behavioral data into compelling client proposals.
- Sell the full product suite, including managed direct, programmatic/PMP, CTV, and video solutions.
- Partner with the Platform team to expand programmatic revenue and deepen DSP and trading desk relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Ad Operations to launch new solutions and close complex deals.
Requirements
- 12+ years of digital media sales experience, with at least 6 years in sales management.
- Deep fluency in audience-based selling, first-party data, and behavioral signals.
- Strong experience in CTV and video sales, including familiarity with iSpot, Nielsen ONE, and VideoAmp.
- Programmatic proficiency with experience selling PMPs and managing trading desk relationships.
- Existing relationships at holding companies (IPG, Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, Dentsu) in the Central market.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
