TL;DR

Director of Sales, Central (AdTech): Leading and developing a sales team for the Central US region to drive revenue for the hirify.global Ads platform with an accent on audience-based selling and first-party data utilization. Focus on scaling CTV and programmatic footprints and building a high-performance sales culture across major agency hubs.

Location: Remote (USA). Looking for candidates in the Chicago area.

Salary: $190,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sellers across the Central region, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Own regional revenue targets and maintain pipeline health and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Drive data-driven sales conversations by translating first-party behavioral data into compelling client proposals.
  • Sell the full product suite, including managed direct, programmatic/PMP, CTV, and video solutions.
  • Partner with the Platform team to expand programmatic revenue and deepen DSP and trading desk relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Ad Operations to launch new solutions and close complex deals.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of digital media sales experience, with at least 6 years in sales management.
  • Deep fluency in audience-based selling, first-party data, and behavioral signals.
  • Strong experience in CTV and video sales, including familiarity with iSpot, Nielsen ONE, and VideoAmp.
  • Programmatic proficiency with experience selling PMPs and managing trading desk relationships.
  • Existing relationships at holding companies (IPG, Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, Dentsu) in the Central market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
