Salary: 31,000–40,000 PLN gross per month (for candidates based in Poland)

What you will do

• Own the mobile product vision, strategy, roadmap, and launches, translating business goals into actionable plans.
• Define the product direction for design systems, frontend frameworks, and shared navigation patterns.
• Align mobile experiences with shared product foundations to ensure platform-wide consistency.
• Establish governance standards for teams building on shared infrastructure to maintain speed and quality.
• Partner with engineering leaders to make informed decisions on architecture, scalability, and technical priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development, prototyping, and automation workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• At least 2 years of experience operating at Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope.
• Proven track record of launching mobile products with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing platform products, shared systems, or design systems.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate on system design and technical trade-offs.
• Must be able to work within European time zones.
