What you will do

• Establish the strategic product vision and roadmap for modernization of payment infrastructure managing €70B+ annual volume.
• Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business impact and drive delivery.
• Define OKRs, manage stakeholder expectations, and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with developers, SREs, and engineering leadership to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Conduct market analysis of commercial and open-source trends to inform build vs. buy decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical Product Management experience in Engineering or Technology Strategy roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (specifically AWS), microservices, and large-scale production systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid).
• Ability to navigate ambiguous settings and bring clarity to leadership and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of credit card payment systems or PCI DSS compliance is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Interest in context engineering and scaling AI-powered SDLC.
