What you will do
- Co-develop a product vision and a prioritized, data-driven roadmap tailored to entrepreneurs' financial needs.
- Drive continuous product discovery through user interviews, market analysis, and prototype testing.
- Own and improve key KPIs, including North Star Metric growth, churn reduction, and automated processing rates.
- Craft high-quality epics and detailed user stories while managing a well-prioritized backlog.
- Collaborate within a Product Triad (Product, Design, Tech) to define the problem space and ensure technical feasibility.
- Monitor FinTech and AI trends to ensure market leadership in e-invoicing and automation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Proven experience managing core products within B2B or Enterprise SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of product discovery and the SVPG (Marty Cagan) philosophy.
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Strong ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and define success metrics.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
Nice to have
- Technical understanding of architecture and AI/ML trade-offs.
- Understanding of bookkeeping processes and e-invoicing.
- Dutch language skills.

Hiring process
