What you will do

• Co-develop a product vision and a prioritized, data-driven roadmap tailored to entrepreneurs' financial needs.
• Drive continuous product discovery through user interviews, market analysis, and prototype testing.
• Own and improve key KPIs, including North Star Metric growth, churn reduction, and automated processing rates.
• Craft high-quality epics and detailed user stories while managing a well-prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate within a Product Triad (Product, Design, Tech) to define the problem space and ensure technical feasibility.
• Monitor FinTech and AI trends to ensure market leadership in e-invoicing and automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proven experience managing core products within B2B or Enterprise SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of product discovery and the SVPG (Marty Cagan) philosophy.
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Strong ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and define success metrics.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Technical understanding of architecture and AI/ML trade-offs.
• Understanding of bookkeeping processes and e-invoicing.
• Dutch language skills.
