What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM products and supported business capabilities.
• Define product priorities based on business impact, stakeholder needs, and strategic objectives.
• Drive technology decisions, including build vs. buy analysis and AI adoption strategies.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
• Establish product success metrics, governance processes, and adoption strategies.
• Continuously optimize the GTM technology ecosystem for simplification and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning business systems or product portfolios within GTM or revenue operations environments.
• Strong understanding of GTM architecture, integrations, and end-to-end revenue processes.
• Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows and optimize operational processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous, and globally distributed environment.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication) required
