What you will do

• Lead the design and development of advanced manufacturing test processes, including equipment solutions and material selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to implement innovative test technologies.
• Perform test process characterization, optimization, and equipment metrology for new device architectures.
• Recommend and implement modifications to improve manufacturing efficiency, output, and cost.
• Stay updated on industry trends in process and material manufacturing to drive strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of experience, or Master's with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data analytics.
• Experience in process characterization, manufacturing process control, and process development.
• Knowledge of experimental design and statistical process control methods.
• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment, mechanical and electrical schematics, and process control systems.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kulim, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial test equipment such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne Ultra Flex, or similar.
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL-Pathfinder, Python, and JMP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional leadership.
