What you will do
- Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across the territory.
- Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights.
- Identify risks early and reduce churn through consultative conversations.
- Lead onboarding, activation, and optimisation for new partners.
- Deliver growth opportunities including campaigns, upsells, and new features.
- Improve account management playbooks and reporting by providing feedback and ideas.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or another commercial role.
- Experience working toward retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals.
- Strong organisational and communication skills for both in-person and written work.
- Comfort balancing autonomy with structured ways of working.
- Confidence managing a portfolio with both field and desk-based responsibilities.
