Account Manager (Sales): Own and optimise a portfolio of restaurant partners by building trusted relationships, driving onboarding/activation, and using performance dashboards to reduce churn and maximise long-term value. Focus on consultative risk management, designing interventions to improve partner performance, and balancing field visits with data-driven planning to support hirify.global’s growth in the territory.

What you will do

  • Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across the territory.
  • Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights.
  • Identify risks early and reduce churn through consultative conversations.
  • Lead onboarding, activation, and optimisation for new partners.
  • Deliver growth opportunities including campaigns, upsells, and new features.
  • Improve account management playbooks and reporting by providing feedback and ideas.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or another commercial role.
  • Experience working toward retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills for both in-person and written work.
  • Comfort balancing autonomy with structured ways of working.
  • Confidence managing a portfolio with both field and desk-based responsibilities.
