What you will do
- Own the end-to-end relationship for an assigned portfolio of B2B operator accounts.
- Drive net revenue retention by identifying risks and executing upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure timely game launches for operators.
- Lead regular account reviews to present performance data and align on roadmap priorities.
- Handle commercial queries, contract renewals, and administrative tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance and regulatory coordination.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or commercial roles within the B2B iGaming industry.
- Solid understanding of B2B iGaming operations, content evaluation, and commercial drivers.
- Proven track record in retaining and growing a portfolio of accounts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Commercially literate with experience in revenue share structures and deal negotiations.
- Must be able to work full-time from our Melbourne office.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with regulated market environments like MGA, UKGC, or LatAm.
- Experience coordinating game launches and promotional campaigns.
- Exposure to aggregator platforms such as Hub88, EveryMatrix, or Relax.
- Background in fast-scaling B2B content or platform businesses.
