Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia) - 3 days a week in office

What you will do
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle for Enterprise clients from post-sale to program completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program sponsors and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales to support account growth and partner with internal teams including Product, Finance, and Tech.
- Develop monthly reporting and data insights to track client progress towards objectives.
- Manage revenue activation plans, revenue recognition targets, and billing coordination.
- Maintain data hygiene in project management tools and oversee the Reporting Portal utilization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success or related corporate experience.
- Proven experience as a project manager within a customer success role.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
- Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
