TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (HRtech): Managing a portfolio of Enterprise clients to oversee delivery lifecycles and ensure high-quality service with an accent on relationship building and revenue management. Focus on optimizing client reporting, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving account growth strategies.

Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia) - 3 days a week in office

What you will do

  • Manage the full delivery lifecycle for Enterprise clients from post-sale to program completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program sponsors and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support account growth and partner with internal teams including Product, Finance, and Tech.
  • Develop monthly reporting and data insights to track client progress towards objectives.
  • Manage revenue activation plans, revenue recognition targets, and billing coordination.
  • Maintain data hygiene in project management tools and oversee the hirify.global Reporting Portal utilization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or related corporate experience.
  • Proven experience as a project manager within a customer success role.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
  • Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
