TL;DR

Focus on designing scalable channel sales motions, building joint business plans with distributors, and expanding market presence in the mid-market and enterprise space.

Location: Hybrid office in North Sydney, Australia

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Develop and execute regional channel strategies aligned with APAC business objectives.
  • Design and operationalize scalable channel sales motions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with distributors to drive pipeline velocity.
  • Articulate the value of the partner program and demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Own regional territory planning and forecasting to ensure growth targets are met.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Channel Partners, VARs, Distributors, or MSPs.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence senior-level executives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work with significant autonomy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for storytelling and partner engagement.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Australia (Visa sponsorship is not available).
