What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration of global benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement
• Own HRIS system administration, reporting, and integrations to support People team and business needs
• Build scalable documentation, workflows, and audit processes for benefits and HR systems
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, brokers, and vendors to maintain efficient and compliant benefits and systems
• Provide clear guidance and support to employees and managers on benefits and HR systems
• Continuously improve processes balancing immediate fixes and long-term scalability

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid in New York, USA
• 5+ years experience in benefits administration, HR systems, or both
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
