CES Capital Coordinator

Location: Malaysia, Penang. Hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

What you will do

• Participate in monthly planning and reporting for capitalization activities.
• Coordinate capitalization processes for tool installation across foundry front-end and back-end operations.
• Identify and implement improvements to month-end close and management reporting.
• Develop workflows and financial tools that connect technical and business requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis of financial variances and evaluate capital expenditure requirements.
• Provide ad hoc financial and KPI analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in relevant financial roles.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI for financial analysis and data visualization.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including analysis of large datasets.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Problem-solving, process improvement, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with capital and asset management processes.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
