What you will do

• Support monthly planning and reporting for capitalization activities, including Tool Install scope related to Foundry Front End and Back End activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in month-end close and management reporting.
• Develop workflows and financial tools that connect technical and business needs, recommending automation and efficient delivery methods.
• Perform root cause analysis to explain variances.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requirements and recommend suitable financing options.
• Provide ad hoc financial and KPI analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance areas such as Business Administration, Accounting, or similar (Industrial Engineering).
• 3+ years of practical experience in relevant financial roles.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI for data visualization and financial analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including managing large datasets.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience in capital and asset management processes, including knowledge of US GAAP.
