What you will do

• Support the Global Finance Transformation team with process documentation and transition activities.
• Manage daily accounts receivable, credit, collection, and cash application processes.
• Facilitate monthly A/R close, including general ledger preparation, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Control credit exposure and minimize customer disputes through proactive communication with sales and supply chain teams.
• Execute collection of assigned customer portfolios and lead monthly balance reviews with labels.
• Perform revenue assurance activities and maintain accurate credit and collection files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting role with high-volume transaction processing in an ERP system.
• Proficiency in SAP and S/4HANA.
• Intermediate understanding of USGAAP, internal controls, and indirect taxes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and work under pressure.
• English proficiency (verbal and written) is required.
