What you will do

• Manage overall warehouse performance, including inbound, storage, inventory, and dispatch processes.
• Lead and develop supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse associates to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain high standards for inventory accuracy, facility safety, and security protocols.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet agreed service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
• At least 2–3 years in a leadership role managing supervisors and sizable ground teams.
• Proficiency in using WMS/OMS, inventory systems, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of operational ramp-up, facility readiness, and transition management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City and start as soon as possible.

Nice to have

• Experience handling bulky items or high-value inventory.
• Background in retail warehouse operations or customer-facing release processes.
