What you will do

• Execute end-to-end shipments across all modes (FCL, LCL, import, and export), including bookings and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate directly with clients, carriers, trucking providers, and customs teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Proactively troubleshoot shipment exceptions and recommend paths forward for escalation.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions using AI, code, and automation.
• Build internal tools and dashboards to reduce manual effort and improve overall data quality.
• Collaborate with country management and sales teams to align priorities and regional strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional logistics or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in ocean operations, specifically involving US, Canada, and EMEA routes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven strategic insights.
• Strategic understanding of the AI landscape and ability to implement AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
